This wine is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and, Cabernet Sauvignon picked at full maturity.
After crushing and destemming, the fermented mash several weeks in contact with pulp and films that provide color and structure. The fermentation takes place at the optimum temperature extraction aromas and soft tannins.
