Deriving exclusively grape Rolle (or Vermentino) picked up slightly surmaturité, this wine shows a very aromatic power characteristic of this variety referring to the grapefruit and pineapple.
The farming of 20% of the wine in new barrels complex bouquet of aromas to the vanilla, but it is too pronounced.
