One is planted with Syrah grape variety by its powerful aromas of leather and the roundness of its tannins, another Cabernet-Sauvignon, which provides a powerful structure and a superb longevity in this vintage. The livestock for a year in new oak barrels french, follows a vatting of 3 weeks. The wine is then reassembled for a few weeks bottling whose very light filtration allows maximum conservation potential of this great wine.
